Daily maintain housekeeping of process buildings with managing sweeper.
Ensuring pest control and check spread of vector born diseases through spray of hygiene chemicals.
Maintenance of infrastructure. Process buildings, other plant area.
Ensure timely and cost effective execution of petty and special repairs for Civil, Painting, Plumbing, electrical & furniture works.
Management of Electrical Appliances, Such as AC, Water Coolar, Computer, RO Plant, Bunk House, Washing Machine, Tea / Coffee Vending Machine, floor cleaning machine etc.
Vendor management /Billings-
Vendor analysis, monitoring, price negotiation, developing vendor/supplier base for cost effective procurement and timely supply of office equipment, stationery and office consuming items, utility items, office and residential furniture items etc.
Timely Payment of vendors according to our payment and terms condition and also maintain billing records.
Managing transport services like company vehicles, emergency transportation management.
Bus committee meeting
Resolve transportation related issue
Shift vice transportation management
Preparing and maintaining of inventory & records of various assets
Canteen /Guest House Management
Supervision Canteen/pantry, ensuring hygienic and qualitative food to staff at cost effective rates.
Smooth Functioning of Canteen.
Organizing Canteen Committee meeting regularly
Conducting routine Health checkup of canteen boys
Maintains personal Hygiene of canteen staff
Procurement of canteen equipment & AMC
Guest house management for visitors
Special lunch/dinner arrangement for functions.
Maintaining and developing the gardens
Making sure that all garden equipment is correctly maintained and serviced.
Training for gardeners time to time
Manage all horticulture items in plant premises.
Horticulture equipments maintenance
Quarterly visiting special horticulture audit by third party
Developing & implementing new ideas & culture regarding horticulture
Planting new trees, flowers and various plants.
Producing various designs and layouts of garden landscapes.
Ensuring a safe working environment for everyone working in the garden.
Conduct of various conferences and meetings, celebration of anniversaries, functions, Picnic and Devotional Pooja.
Safety Week/Environment Day Celebration function management
Arrange Leisure trips quarterly for employee
Prepare checklist for pest control services
Ensuring timely provide pest control service
Timely ensuring monthly bill process
